Neuton.ai – Automated Machine Learning platform developed by Bell Integrator. Neuton encapsulates best Data Science practices and provides a service of end-to-end machine learning for everybody.

Lead Account Data Scientist (LADS) is a critical role within Neuton team aimed to ensure our customers success and appreciation using the product. An ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals of applied data science and statistics in a business setting. LADS is comfortable solving complex data driven problems and should have the ability to effectively communicate abstract mathematical concepts to customers.

We expect

Hard skills:

• 2-3 years in an applied data science role.
• Fluency with scripting (Python / R).
• Hands-on experience with pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib, seaborn, xgboost или соотвcтвующие пакеты R.
• Ability to independently perform complete machine learning projects including data cleaning/processing, EDA, hypothesis generation/testing, feature engineering, algorithm selection/tuning/validation, generation of experiment reports.
• Knowledge of metrics definitions and differences, metrics optimization techniques.
• Understanding of Logistic/Linear regression, Decision Trees/Random Forest/Boosted Trees/ neural networks frameworks. Ability to explain strong and weak points of these algorithms application.
• Strong knowledge of Statistics.

• Fluent in English
• Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Readiness to work as needed, across both the Russian and US time zones.
• Strong positive customer interaction experience
• Strong project management skills
• Readiness to relocate to the US office

Good to have:

• Familiarity with BigData, Hadoop, CUDA
